CRITERIA

The school unconditionally accepts the soul and spirit of national integration, implicitly implementing the directive principles of our constitution, denouncing any discrimination whatsoever on the basics of cast, creed, cult or customs, systems and traditions. Our gates are always open to one and all for admission irrespective of haves and have notes, devoid of any social stratification. Parents who are willing to abide by the regulations of the school and have a heart to co-operate with the exigencies of this institution, are at liberty to walk in at any time for seeking admission of their wards in our pace-setting system of education right from the grass root level viz day care centre to the senior secondary school.

Finding the right school is all about finding the right environment for a child and we at St. Philomena’s strive with the same goal in mind.

Admission is open to all children from Play School, L.K.G., U.K.G, Std. I to XII.

  • 1 Admission is made on the basis of personal interview and is subject to the discretion of the Management.
  • 2 Both parents are requested to attend the interview along with the child.
  • 3 Age limit for admission to LKG is between the range of 3½ years and 4½ years, as on the 1st June of the year of admission.
  • 4 Age limit for admission to Class 1 is between the range of 5½ years and 6 years, as on the 1st June of the year of admission.
  • 5 Parents are requested to submit the following along with the Admission Form:
    • Recent Passport colour photograph of the child
    • Original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous School. (Class II onwards).
    • Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Copy of Aadhar Card
  • 6Admission will be intimated within 10 days from the date of interview.
  • 7The student has to make use of the school bus facility, in the routes where the school buses ply.
  • For all admission-related queries, kindly contact the school office and check out the exact dates of issue of the application form for registration. The prospectus and the application forms should be collected in person, duly filled and handed-over at the school office.
